Notary Services Disclaimer
Yessenia Solis is a California- commissioned notary public service. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or document preparation.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal advice. Clients are responsible for understanding the contents of their documents and ensuring documents are complete and accurate prior to notarization.
Scope of Services
Services offered include:

•Apostille assistance limited to document submission and retrieval

We do not determine document eligibility, advise on document content, or guarantee acceptance by any agency.
Apostille Assistance Disclaimer
Apostille services are limited to coordinating document submission and pick-up with the California Secretary of State. Processing time, acceptance, and eligibility are determined solely by the Secretary of State. Apostille approval is not guaranteed.
Identification Requirements
All notarizations require valid identification as defined by California law. If proper identification is not provided, services may be declined and travel fees
my still apply.
Appointments & Travel Fees
Mobile services include travel and time. Travel fees are disclosed prior to appointments. Same-day, after-hours, or urgent requests may be subject to additional fees.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in cancellation fee.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include card payments, Zelle, and Apple Pay. No payment information is collected or stored through this website.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:

•Identification requirements are not met.

•The signer appears unwilling or unaware
​
•The document is incomplete
​
•The request violates California notary law
Limitation of Liability
Yessenia Solis/ YSolis Notary Service shall not be held liable for damages arising from improper use of notarized documents, client-provided errors, or delays caused by third parties, government agencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
